"I Want My Hair To Look Like Theirs!"

    This is a comment made by people, young or mature, boy or girl when they find a photo of hair they admire. Finding something you like is quite difficult and if the look is simply chosen because of a picture in a magazine, then the results are not going to be realistic.

 One of my pet peeves is the following:

 (please pay no attention to her bad regrowth!)

The finished look as featured in the video as well as the following pictures are not created by "accident".

They are all down with a curling iron, flat iron and product.

#1.Time - Being practical about how much time you're willing to spend is essential.

#2. Hair type - Does the model have the same hair that you do? Is yours thick, but is theirs thin? Is yours super flat and their super tight curls?

#3. Face shape - This is one of the hardest and most important variables to take into consideration. Every person is unique and the exact same hairstyle on one person may not compliment your face as well.

#4. Product - Almost every model or picture of a great hairstyle you see is going to have product helping to achieve the desired look.

#5. Hot tools - flat iron, blowdryer, curling iron - these are our friends! Practice does help to make the process easier, but the final result is well worth it.
