Please come with clean hair (no products, residue, oils, etc). Dirty hair can inhibit the color from taking well on the hair. Remember, this color line does not contain the typical harsh chemicals found in other traditional lines, it does not have the ability to strip off oil/product/etc.

SCHEDULING & CANCELLATION POLICY We understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in life. In our desire to be effective and fair to all clients, 24 hour advance notice is required to reschedule or change any appointment to avoid a fee to your account. This allows for optimized scheduling of others and ensuring your preferred time when rebooking as well.
If you arrive past your scheduled appointment time, your appointment may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours.

HAIRCUT/COLOR REFUNDS
- Your happiness with our services is very important to us. To ensure your satisfaction we will make complimentary adjustments to haircuts and hair color within one week of the date of service.
- Bang/neck trims are complimentary and available at any time.
PRODUCT REFUNDS
- Unopened items may be returned within 30 days of purchase for an exchange, refund, or store credit.
- Due to health regulations, we regret that we cannot accept opened and /or used returns of any hair care products for refunds.
- A refund, store credit or product exchange may be given for any opened item that is returned due to an adverse health reaction that a client has experienced while using that product.
- We cannot accept returns of any products, opened or unopened, that have passed the product's expiration date.
